The Madej & Wróbel Meat Plant has been in existence on the Polish market for over 10 years. The company takes its name for the founders’ surnames Madej and Wróbel. Starting with a modest production of minced meat in a small workshop, just within several years time the company increased its offer to an assortment range of over 120 cured meat products.
The opening of a super modern plant in 2003 is proof of this extremely quick development. It meets the sanitary requirements laid down by the European Union including HACCP.
The whole production process is under strict supervision of veterinary services. The Company has at its disposal the latest technologies and is continuously improving its production lines. The products are tested by the quality control division, which constantly supervises all production stages and assesses each final batch of products.
The Plant also has a modern laboratory which carries out specialist tests and quality analyses. A groups of production engineers is constantly working on the improvement of already existing products and on introducing new ones. With the customer in mind the product offer is continuously being extended. Among the products one can distinguish the following: portioning of fresh meat into culinary cuts, smoked meats, roasts, poultry and pork products, thin and thick sausages, as well as ready-made products. The high quality of our products is generally appreciated. As proof of this appreciation the Company has been granted the Golden Crown Award, Best Quality Product and European Medal at prestigious contests.
Madej & Wróbel Company has its own logistic network consisting of refrigerator vans, used for the delivery of products to customers in the whole of Poland, and also co-operates with European transport companies. Moreover, the Company manufactures products for the needs of European Union concerns, preparing their own brands for them. Customers co-operating with the Company are offered many sale-supporting actions, such as: professionally conducted tasting, price promotions, promotion leaflets, advertising boards and professional assistance on the part of trained commercial representatives.
Among the Company’s customers we have both shops, wholesale companies and super and hyper-markets. The Company has its own network of company stores in many Polish cities. We apply a very flexible price policy towards our contracting parties and we are always ready to co-operate.
Since May 2004 we have been exporting our products to Germany and since 2005 to Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and France. As proof of this commercial development have an increasing number of new customers in that country. Our offer has also roused interest in Holland, Belgium, Denmark and Russia.
